Urban Jungle Self Defense offers MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes that are designed to provide a comprehensive and practical approach to self-defense training.

The classes incorporate a variety of martial arts disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai. Students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, are welcome to participate and will receive personalized instruction from experienced coaches. In addition to physical training, the classes also emphasize mental toughness, discipline, and self-confidence. Class Requirements

No experience is necessary. Everyday gear includes: Urban Jungle t-shirt, full gi (uniform). Long hair must be restrained. No jewelry or hair clips. All nails must be clipped and kempt, hands and feet. Classes are done with bare feet.

Schedule a free introductory class.

We offer a free introductory class and provide a uniform. You must arrive 15 minutes before class to participate in your first session. Prices may be obtained on your first visit as we have several options to choose from. Walk-ins are always encouraged and warmly welcomed.
