Welcome to Urban Jungle!
It is a motivating, full body workout with the explosive techniques of kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu and circuit training. Every workout is different, never intimidating and always focused. This is the fat burning, muscle toning, body sculpting workout you’ve been looking for! You will partner up with other students to execute punches, kicks and drills using Thai pads, so grab a friend and come try a class. You are encouraged to go at your own pace so that you may adjust to your own needs and capabilities. If you’re bored and tired of the treadmill, stationary bike or the weight room, this class is for you!
We offer a free week of training! You must arrive 15 minutes before class to participate in your first session. Walk-ins are always encouraged and warmly welcomed.
